Arts & Mental Health Fund

This is a donor-led fund, which does not currently invite unsolicited applications, but gives out regular funding to organisations which support its two strands of interest.

Funding from the Arts & Mental Health Fund has extensively supported arts and culture in Worcestershire through the community focus of  Worcestertheatres,  the main arts provider in Worcester City which manages two venues The Swan Theatre and Huntingdon Hall, and runs local cultural festivals and events.

Funded projects have included work with community groups, supporting disadvantaged young people’s engagement with arts activities, and setting up programmes with older people and the arts.

The Arts fund has also supported many high quality arts projects including the Elgar Festival in Worcester and the English Symphony Orchestra (ESO).

Mental health projects supported include Link Nurseries in Powick.
